Being the “marica” (queer) of the town is already quite an adventure, but being it in the depths of Mancha… that’s comedy material (and therapy). In “Mari¿qué?”, La Pedro Ese takes the stage to tell, without filter and with plenty of sarcasm, what it’s like to grow up as “the marica” of the neighborhood, survive the gossip of neighbors in robes and cigarettes, and then move to Madrid to discover that being a provincial actor in the capital has its own tragicomedies.
