🚤 All jet ski drivers must either possess a Boating License, have been born before 1988, or present a valid Photo ID. Additionally, anyone born after January 1, 1988, is required to have a Boating License as per Florida state law; details for obtaining this license are provided upon booking.
👪 Parents with minors under 18 must provide proof of identity and sign a waiver at check-in. Minors under 16 must be accompanied by an adult on the jet ski.
🚫 Children aged 0-3 cannot ride a Jet Ski.
👧 Children aged 4-13 can be passengers but not drivers, provided they're with an adult. Youths aged 14-15 can either drive or be passengers if accompanied by an adult, while those aged 16-17 can drive their own Jet Ski or be passengers. Adults 18 and over have no restrictions.
⚖️ Each Jet Ski has a weight limit of 300lb (~136 kg).
