What is a Flexible Cancellation Ticket?

It's a ticket that lets you request a refund or change your ticket if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the start. The refund covers the full price, except for the 10% fee paid for this option.

How long does the show last?

Approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and latecomers cannot be admitted once the concert has begun.

Is the concert indoors or outdoors?

It's an indoor experience, inside the Iglesia de la Encarnación.

Is food or drink available?

No food or drink is available inside the venue. Only water may be consumed indoors.

Is parking available?

There is no parking available at the venue.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, although you should be aware that steps must be climbed or descended outside the location to reach the concert hall inside the church. There are also no accessible restrooms for people with reduced mobility.
