Can I change the date of my ticket?

Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the start of your experience by contacting us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed unless you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket (available on selected events). With that option, you can request a refund or a date change up to 48 hours before the event: you'll get the full price back minus a 10% fee for the flexible option, or a voucher of equal value if you'd rather change your date or time.

How long does the concert last?

The concert lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the show, and no entry is allowed once it has started.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.

There's no food or drink available inside the venue — only water is allowed.

Is parking available?

No parking is available at the venue.

Is there a minimum age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, though please note there are steps outside the building leading down to the concert hall inside the church, and there are no accessible restrooms for wheelchair users.

What are the different ticket types?

Tickets are split into Zone A, B, C and D depending on visibility; seats are assigned on arrival within the purchased zone.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

No, tickets aren't sold at the venue — you must buy them through the Fever app or website before arriving.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Yes. Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for 1 free pass for their personal assistant, once they already hold their own valid ticket, by providing the relevant supporting documentation.

How do I get to the venue?
