The Candlelight: Tribute to Adele in Bilbao lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
To guarantee a safe environment for you and the musicians, all lighting is done with LED candles. You'll enjoy the same warm atmosphere without worrying about fire or heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Temperature in historic venues can fluctuate depending on the day. Although we always aim for the perfect ambiance, we advise you to bring an extra layer or wear clothes suitable for the season so all you have to do is enjoy the music.
Will there be food and drink service at Iglesia de la Encarnación?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent throughout the concert. You can only take photos and videos without flash during the last piece, as indicated by the musicians on stage.

Yes, you can sit side by side. To guarantee this, it's essential that you enter the venue together and have purchased tickets in the same category. We suggest arriving 30 minutes before the start so our team can easily seat you together.

When will I receive the photo?
Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
Take home these 3 LED candles that reproduce the warm flicker of traditional lighting. Forget about fire hazards; they're an ideal and safe choice for home decoration.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Tribute to Adele in Bilbao?
Access your passes from the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) by entering the "Tickets" section. It's crucial that you use the same login method you booked with. We'll also send you the QR code in the purchase confirmation email. No physical printing required!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Absolutely! You can transfer your tickets free of charge from the Fever app by clicking on the "Transfer tickets" button. If you need support, contact us with the reference number of your ticket.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. To have your photo taken with ease, arrive at least 30 minutes before time. Keep in mind that the photo session ends 10 minutes before the concert starts.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
Our team will guide you to the photo area as soon as you arrive at Iglesia de la Encarnación. If you get lost or need anything, just let them know.
Is there parking available at Iglesia de la Encarnación?
Unfortunately, there is no parking available for attendees, so we recommend using public transportation.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
We don't require any formal dress code. We suggest coming in casual, comfortable clothes; the main thing for us is that you feel good throughout the concert.
Are pets or animals allowed in Iglesia de la Encarnación? What about service animals?
Pets are not allowed in this experience, but if you need to attend with a guide or assistance dog, their entry is 100% guaranteed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Of course, we want you to enjoy the concert comfortably, so your personal assistant gets in for free. Just contact us with the proper accreditation, and our team will handle the rest.
