Description
Following the success of their previous performances, Ivan Lins and the MPBJazz Orchestra share the stage once again in a special concert on November 8 at Theatro Municipal do Rio de Janeiro. Under the musical direction of Renato Coelho, the show celebrates the career of one of the greatest composers of Brazilian music in a performance specially designed for an orchestral ensemble.

Internationally recognized for the sophistication of his harmonies, memorable melodies, and the fusion of MPB and jazz, Ivan Lins has built a career spanning over five decades, winning admirers worldwide. His work has been recorded by major international artists and remains one of the most important in the contemporary Brazilian repertoire.

The repertoire includes classics such as "Madalena," "Começar de Novo," "Lembra de Mim," "Vitoriosa," "Novo Tempo," "Daquilo Que Eu Sei," "Iluminados," "Bilhete," "Vieste," "Dinorah, Dinorah," among other works that have made Ivan Lins one of the most respected Brazilian composers both inside and outside the country.
