What is The Jury Experience and what can I expect?
The Jury Experience is an immersive courtroom drama where you become part of the story as a juror. Analyse testimonies, interrogations, and evidence to uncover the truth. Your vote will determine the fate of the accused in this electrifying theatre event.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 75 minutes.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, there will be no strobe lights.
Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone selected at ticket purchase.
Will food be served?
Yes, there will be food and drinks available in the foyer.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Yes, participants can take photos and record the experience. We ask that you be respectful of other guests and performers by avoiding the use of flash.
Can I smoke or vape during the experience?
No, smoking or vaping is not permitted inside the venue.
About tickets
What are the different ticket types?
Half-price, Social Entrance, and General Admission for the Theatre Zones. Each zone has a different value based on its proximity to the stage and the type of ticket.
What is the difference between a General Admission ticket and a Social Entrance ticket?
General Admission: The standard ticket for the event, available for anyone to purchase.
Social Entrance: Also available for anyone to purchase, no proof required. Includes a R$10 donation to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organisation, already included in the ticket price.
Where can I buy tickets?
On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) or on the Fever website. Tickets are not sold at the event venue.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Just show your Fever ticket(s) on the app or email after arriving at the venue.
Can I reserve a ticket for my caregiver?
Customers who require assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request 1 free pass for their personal assistant. After purchasing your ticket, contact us with the supporting documentation.
Who can buy half-price tickets?
Students, seniors, PNE and companion, low-income youth, public school teachers, public security agents (Municipal Law No. 9,321/2026), and other categories provided by law. Proof of eligibility is required.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. Refunds are not permitted.
