How long does the experience last?
The show will last approximately 70 minutes.
What is included in the ticket price?
The ticket includes your entry to the comedy experience, with five different types of wine to taste (50 ml each) during the show.
Will food and drinks be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there is a bar on site where you can buy extra drinks and food during the experience. Alcohol consumption is optional. Non-alcoholic drinks will be available at an additional cost and are not included in the ticket price.

Half-price (Meia-entrada), Entrada Social and Full price (Inteira) for the Theatre Zones. Each zone has a different price, according to proximity to the stage and the ticket type.
What is the difference between the Inteira and Entrada Social tickets?
Inteira: Standard event ticket, anyone can purchase it. Entrada Social: Can also be purchased by anyone, with no proof required. This ticket includes a donation of R$10 to Instituto Hatus, a non-profit organization, already included in the ticket price.

Can I purchase a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything; you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I have a ticket for a carer?
Customers who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to request one (1) free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. After purchasing your ticket (it is essential to have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the supporting documentation.
Is there an age requirement for the event?

Who can buy half-price (meia-entrada) tickets?
Students Seniors People with special needs (PNE) and companion Low-income youth Teachers of the state public school system and the municipal school systems (early childhood, primary and secondary levels) Public security officers – Municipal Law No. 9.321/2026 Any other category eligible for half-price tickets, under current municipal, state or federal legislation. All the people mentioned above must present a document proving such status. Otherwise, they will not be able to benefit from the half-price ticket and must pay the full ticket price.
Can I change the date or time of my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not permitted under any circumstances. For more information, please consult our Terms.
