Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed.

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be bought before the event via the app or the website (www.feverup.com).

What are the different ticket types?

There are tickets for Zone A, B, C and “Front Pews”. Zones A, B and C are individual chairs, while the “Front Pews” zone consists of the church's traditional pews.

Are refunds allowed?

No, refunds are not possible. However, you can change the day and/or time of your event up to 48 hours before the originally booked option, subject to availability.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Simply click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, please contact us indicating your ticket ID.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open at least 30 minutes before the concert starts.

Yes, the experience takes place indoors at Christuskirche, with assigned seating by zone.

How do I get to the venue?

You can reach the Christuskirche stop with tram lines 6 (running between Nordhafen and Messe/Ost) and 11 (from Haltenhoffstraße to Zoo), as well as bus lines 100 and 200.

Is there food served?

No food is available for purchase on site, and bringing your own food or drink is not permitted either.

Can I bring animals?

No, pets are not allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly if you need to bring a service animal.

Is there parking available?

There are several paid car parks nearby, such as Parkhaus Nordstadt, Parkhaus Ernst-August-Galerie and Tiefgarage Galerie Luise. There are also several free parking spots, for example on Schloßwender Straße, Arndtstraße or at Klagesmarkt.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my caretaker?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal assistant. Once you have purchased your ticket (a valid ticket is required before applying), please send us the relevant supporting documentation.

Does this venue have disability access?

Unfortunately, this venue does not have wheelchair accessible access.

Can I take pictures or videos during the performance?

Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Are the candles flammable?

No. For the safety of attendees, all candles used are flameless.
