Where can I find my ticket?

You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 24 hours before the experience starts. Please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

What is the flexible refund ticket?

For select events, a flexible refund ticket is available: if you decide not to attend, you can request a full refund up to 48 hours before the experience starts, with no documents required. The ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another person.

What ticket types are available?

There are tickets for the Gallery (1st and 2nd row), as well as Zone A, B, C and D. A welcome drink is included with every ticket type.

How long does the experience last?

Approximately 65 minutes.

Indoors, with assigned seating.

The Reithalle is easy to reach by car and public transport (stop: Dragonerstraße).

Drinks are available on site; a welcome drink is included in the ticket price.

Yes, parking is available on site.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Can I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests who need assistance throughout the experience are entitled to 1 free ticket for their personal carer. After purchasing your own ticket, send us the relevant documentation; we'll then provide a voucher so you can buy the free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Both tickets must be shown at entry.

Is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring animals?

Pets are not allowed, except service animals. If a service animal will be accompanying you, please fill out the relevant form.
