Roberto Ruiz, a leading figure in contemporary Aztec gastronomy and the first Mexican chef to earn a Michelin star in Europe, arrives in Barcelona to expand his culinary vision in Spain. He redefines the perception of his gastronomic legacy through Pacific influences in a journey that began in 2021 with the openings of Barracuda MX in Madrid and Mantarraya MX in Marbella, followed by Can Chan Chán MX in 2023.
