Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Contact us with your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are only allowed if you purchased a flexible cancellation ticket, which lets you request a refund or exchange by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation needed, but the ticket becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user). You'll get a full refund minus the 10% fee paid for the flexible option.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost by clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For extra help, contact us with your ticket ID.

How long does the show last and when should I arrive?

The concert lasts 60 minutes, with doors opening 60 minutes before it starts. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early so you can be seated in your zone; the concert starts on time and no entry is allowed once it has begun.

No food is served, only drinks before the concert; you can't bring your drink into the concert itself.
