We have various areas priced according to visibility and closeness to the stage. Our staff will seat you as you arrive at Convento de San Bernardo, strictly following the order of arrival and the zone of your ticket.

Yes, we'll do everything we can to seat you together. To make it easier, you should enter the venue at the same time and have tickets for the same zone. We advise arriving at least 30 minutes before the start, and our team will assign you contiguous seats.

Can tickets be bought at the Convento de San Bernardo box office?

There is no physical sales point inside Convento de San Bernardo. If you want to enjoy the experience, the only authorized channel is Fever (official website and app).

What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?

We advise you to arrive half an hour early to sit down calmly. The gate will close 5 minutes before the time indicated and no one will be allowed in later, protecting the acoustic experience.

Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.

The Candlelight: Tribute to Phil Collins in Alcalá de Henares lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.

Can I leave the venue during the performance?

Out of respect for the artists on stage and the other attendees, we kindly ask that you not leave your seat unless it's an emergency.

We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.

Remember to put your phone on silent before the show begins. To enjoy the experience, we only allow photos or videos without flash during the final song of the set, as indicated by the musicians.

To view your tickets, open the Fever app (available on Google Play and Apple App Store) and click on the "Tickets" section. Make sure you're using the same account you booked with. Your QR code will also be sent to you in the purchase confirmation email. Since they're digital, there's no need to print them.

Yes! You can send your digital tickets to someone else for free from the "Transfer Tickets" tab in the Fever app. If you need extra assistance, contact us and share your ticket number.

Absolutely! To gift the Candlelight experience, you can buy a Gift Card valid for any Candlelight concert in your country, allowing the recipient to choose their preferred date and concert. Alternatively, if you've already purchased a ticket for a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the app to send it as a gift.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. If there are spots available at Convento de San Bernardo, you can purchase Candlelight Photos paying only with a card. We recommend booking it online in advance, as those purchases have priority over sales at the venue.

When should I arrive to have my photo taken?

Your photo will be taken before the concert, and the session will close 10 minutes before the show begins. Please come half an hour early so our team can assist you.

When will I receive the photo?

Decide which photo you like best before it goes to paper. It will be all ready for you at the end of the concert. Make sure to pick it up before you leave, as it won't be possible to keep it for later.

You'll receive a set of 3 LED candles that imitate the flicker and light of a wax candle. Enjoy a cozy atmosphere in your home with the peace of mind that they're 100% safe.

Answer

All packages purchased online must be picked up at the designated venue location during the event. Since the "Pack of 3 candles" is tied to the specific date and location of the Candlelight event, all additional candle packages purchased online and picked up on-site are non-refundable and non-returnable. All sales are final.

Are pets or animals allowed in Convento de San Bernardo? What about service animals?

Answer

Pets are not allowed in the venue, but guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome.

Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?

Yes, spectators who need assistance during this experience are entitled to request a free pass for their personal assistant or caregiver. Please contact us with proof that you need a ticket for an assistant.
