The Candlelight: Coldplay & Imagine Dragons in Alcalá de Henares lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
We take your safety seriously, so we use last-generation LED candles. They imitate traditional candles without using real fire, eliminating any risk and without generating heat.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Remember that the concerts often happen in historic venues where the temperature varies with the weather. We suggest keeping this in mind when choosing your outfit to enjoy the evening in the most comfortable way.
Will there be food and drink service at La Vega del Henares?
You will be able to buy drinks at this event; however, there will be no food available.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
Unless it's an emergency, we appreciate that you don't get up from your seat. This helps us maintain the special atmosphere of the event.

Don't forget to take your online-bought candles home during the concert. As it's a product tied to a specific date and venue, the "Pack of 3 candles" cannot be returned, and its sale is final.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Coldplay & Imagine Dragons in Alcalá de Henares?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play). Remember to log in with the same account you used to make the purchase. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. Your tickets are digital, and you don't need to print them.
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions.
