This brunch, offered by the Arrel restaurant at the InterContinental hotel, features exquisite cuisine. You can enjoy cold and hot stations, showcooking, à la carte dishes, and a finger-licking dessert. The buffet is spectacular, full of local and seasonal products, so the menu may vary depending on the time of year. Get ready to indulge: Iberian ham, local cheeses, steak tartare, smoked delicacies, oysters from the delta with garnishes, croissants of all kinds, artisanal puddings and cookies, km0 jams, a variety of fruits...

For the hot dishes, you can also start your palate adventure, as you won’t go hungry. Choose from their egg preparations (Eggs Benedict, broken eggs, omelettes...), chicken dumplings with curry, pork dumplings, vegan dumplings... One of the main attractions is the showcooking, which won’t disappoint. You’ll see risotto cooked in a 20kg wheel of Parmesan, beef gigot, wild sea bass baked in salt, suckling pig...
