Monte Nevado is a ham production house with over 120 years of experience in the elaboration of cured ham. They recently inaugurated the Ham Campus, the only center in the world dedicated entirely to the training and diffusion of Spanish cured ham culture. Additionally, they have partnered with Angelita Madrid to create a unique gastronomic experience pairing different harmonies between Iberians with biologically aged wines and cocktails.
