You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before your experience starts. Please contact us quoting your ticket ID.

Are refunds allowed?

Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances, unless you purchased a flexible refund ticket.

What is the flexible refund ticket and how do I request it?

It lets you get a full refund if you decide not to attend, by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (no documentation required). Note it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another person.

How long does the concert last?

Around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before the start, and no entry is allowed once the concert has begun.

Is the venue indoors or outdoors?

The experience takes place indoors, with assigned seating.

What ticket types are available?

Your seat belongs to Zone A, B, C or D depending on visibility. On arrival, an usher will show you to your seat within the zone you purchased.

Is there an age requirement?

All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?

Yes, although you should note that outside the hall there are steps up or down to reach the concert area inside the church. There are also no accessible (PMR) toilets.

Can I request a free ticket for my carer/support person?

If you need assistance during the experience, you're entitled to 1 free pass for your carer or support worker. You must hold a valid ticket first and contact us with supporting documentation.

Is food or drink available?

No food or drinks are available inside the venue; only water may be consumed.
