• Avocado on toast: loads of the green stuff layered on a wedge of sourdough bread
• Chilli poached eggs: like poached eggs, but better. Served on sourdough bread
• American style pancakes: a massive stack of fluffy pancakes, diner style, with maple syrup and seasonal fruit compote
• Sweetcorn & kale fritters: a heap of crispy fritters with pickled ginger and wasabi mayo
• Add-ons: halloumi, avocado, bacon, facon, eggs, or hash browns
