  • Exceeded my expectation from the minute we entered the Cathedral. Efficient check-in, friendly welcome, a background of subtle classical music. Promt start, stunnjng visual display accompanied by Christopher Eccleston's distinctive voiceover recounting Manchester's history and culture, plus a gem of a gospel choir with beautiful and powerful voices. I was mesmerised throughout.

  • I attended with my 10y old daughter and a dear friend who is disabled. Staff were absolutely amazing at accommodating us, indicating the most appropriate place for us to enjoy the show, pulling out the disabled ramp to use the facilities, simply doing their best. The show itself absolutely brilliant, amazing choir and atmosphere. If you have any special requirements as we did, would recommend going anytime between Monday and Thursday, I imagine it gets quite busy during the weekend Would highly recommend. Thank you Luminescence for this stunning experience held at such an iconic venue.
