Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps taken by KZEMOS UK LTD during the financial year to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking in its business and supply chains.

1. Our Business and Supply Chains

KZEMOS UK LTD (the "Company") is a private limited company operating primarily in the technology and digital services sector. The Company's suppliers mainly provide professional services, technology and software solutions, marketing, office services and related support. The Company has limited exposure to international goods and manufacturing-based supply chains.

2. Policies and Commitment

The Company understands the impact of modern slavery and human trafficking on its victims and their families and therefore as part of our corporate responsibility has a zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking. We expect all employees, contractors and suppliers to comply with applicable laws and to uphold high ethical standards. Where appropriate, contractual terms require our suppliers to comply with relevant laws, including those relating to modern slavery.

3. Due Diligence and Risk Assessment

Given the nature of the Company's activities and supply chain profile, the risk of modern slavery is considered generally low. The Company applies a proportionate, risk-based approach to supplier engagement, including onboarding checks and the ability to address non-compliance where identified.

4. Effectiveness and Training

The Company monitors any concerns raised through internal reporting channels and, where relevant, provides guidance to appropriate personnel to help identify and escalate potential modern slavery risks.

5. Ongoing Review

The Company is committed to continuously reviewing and improving its policies and procedures on an ongoing basis to ensure they remain appropriate to the scale and nature of its operations.
