Antonio Vivaldi's most beloved music fills Nationalmuseet, in the heart of Copenhagen, for one evening surrounded by hundreds of candles. The Four Seasons unfolds concerto by concerto, from spring to winter, in a 60-minute programme you hear up close.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types?
Premium (First Row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying. Once you have purchased your ticket, please write to us through the Fever contact form with proof of disability. Here are some of the documents we accept: Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility; Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP); evidence of being severely sight impaired; CredAbility Access Card with a +1 category requirement; a recognized Assistance Dog ID Card.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us through the Fever contact form indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to Fever's Terms & Conditions.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
You may arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts in order to get a drink at the bar and be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time, and the audience must already be seated beforehand. In case you arrive late, to respect the musicians' performance and the experience of the audience, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
Are there student tickets?
Student tickets are available in each zone. A valid student ID is required at the entrance.
Who is organising this concert?
Nationalmuseet is not the organiser of this event; it is providing the venue for the evening.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
