Rediscover the songs of The Beatles in a whole new light. A string quartet plays them live in Festsalen at Nationalmuseet, in the heart of Copenhagen, surrounded by the glow of candles: a Candlelight concert is a multi-sensory musical experience in an awe-inspiring setting.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

What are the different ticket types?
Tickets are sold in these zones: Premium (first row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue: all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest who needs assistance must have a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought your ticket, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Remember to sign in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before your session starts: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our terms and conditions.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by car and by public transport.
Are food and drink available?
Drinks are available to buy at the bar before the concert.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, as indicated by the musicians.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
You can arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts, to get a drink at the bar and be given a seat within the zone you bought. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Who organises the event?
Nationalmuseet is not the organiser of this event: it only provides the venue for the evening.
Are there student tickets?
Student tickets are available in each zone. A valid student ID is required at the entrance.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
