The National Museum of Denmark is housed in the historic Prince’s Palace in the heart of Copenhagen. On this evening, guests will experience the unique setting of the museum’s Banquet Hall — a magnificent historic hall with painted marble columns dating back to 1672. Home to some of Denmark’s greatest cultural treasures spanning 9,000 years of history, the museum provides a truly atmospheric setting for an unforgettable evening of live music, surrounded by Danish history and heritage.

What are the different ticket types?
There are Premium (First Row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D tickets. Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest requiring assistance must have a valid ticket before applying: once you have purchased your ticket, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method you used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our T&Cs.

How do I get to the venue?
The venue is accessible by car and public transport.
Are food and drink available?
Drinks are available for purchase from the bar before the concert.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts, so you can get a drink at the bar and be seated within the zone you purchased. The concert begins on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: to respect the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be allowed in.
Are there student tickets?
Student tickets are available in each zone. A valid student ID is required at the entrance.
Who organises this event?
Nationalmuseet is not the organiser of this event; it simply provides the venue for the evening.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
