What are the different ticket types?
There are Premium (front row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D tickets. Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue; all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
If you need assistance, you can apply for one free pass for a personal assistant or support worker. You must already hold a valid ticket: once you have bought it, send proof of your disability through the Fever support form.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Date and time changes are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the start time, by contacting Fever with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

You can arrive 30 minutes before the start to buy a drink and take a seat in the zone you purchased. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated: late arrivals will not be admitted.

No. The National Museum is not the organiser of this event; it simply provides the venue for the evening.
Are there student tickets?
Student tickets are available in each zone. A valid student ID is required at the entrance.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
