Candlelight brings the magic of a live, multi-sensory concert to Nationalmuseet, a setting never before used for this purpose in Copenhagen. A string quartet performs the best of Hans Zimmer's film music under the gentle glow of candlelight.

This concert experience is a tribute. It is not associated with, endorsed by or sponsored by the artist, their heirs or their official representatives.

On this evening, guests will experience the unique setting of the museum’s Banquet Hall — a magnificent historic hall with painted marble columns dating back to 1672. What are the different ticket types?
Premium (first row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive at the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest who needs assistance must have a valid ticket first. Once you have bought your ticket, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You will find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, signing in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.

Drinks are available to buy at the bar before the concert.

Can I leave the concert room during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in case of an emergency.
When should I arrive?
You may arrive 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a drink at the bar and be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert begins on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand. If you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter the show.
Are there student tickets?
Student tickets are available in each zone. A valid student ID is required at the entrance.
Is the National Museum the organiser of this concert?
No. The National Museum is not the organiser of this event; it is providing the venue for the evening.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
