On this evening, guests will experience the unique setting of the museum’s Banquet Hall — a magnificent historic hall with painted marble columns dating back to 1672. Home to some of Denmark’s greatest cultural treasures spanning 9,000 years of history, the museum provides a truly atmospheric setting for an unforgettable evening of live music, surrounded by Danish history and heritage.

What are the different ticket types?
There are five zones: Premium (front row), Zone A, Zone B, Zone C and Zone D. Student tickets are available in each zone. A valid student ID is required for student tickets.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue: all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. The guest who needs assistance must have a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought yours, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 years old or older. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Remember to sign in with the same method you used to buy it. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before your experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our terms and conditions.
Where is the experience taking place?
At Nationalmuseet, in the Festsalen: Ny Vestergade 10, 1471 København K, Denmark.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached by car and by public transport.
Are food and drink available?
Drinks are available to buy at the bar before the concert.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes, the venue is wheelchair accessible.
Is there parking available?
The nearest multi-storey car park is at BLOX.
Can I take photos or videos during the performance?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians say so.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Doors open 30 minutes before the concert, so you can get a drink at the bar and take a seat within the zone on your ticket. The concert starts on time and the audience must be seated beforehand: if you arrive late, you will not be let in, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Is Nationalmuseet the organiser of this concert?
No. Nationalmuseet is not the organiser of this event: it is simply providing the venue for the evening.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
