What are the different ticket types?
There are three zones: Zone A (premium visibility), Zone B (great visibility) and Zone C (good visibility). Student tickets are available in each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue: all tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before you arrive.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can apply for one free pass for their personal assistant or support worker. You must have a valid ticket before applying: once you have bought yours, contact us with proof of disability.
Is there an age requirement?
All guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play): log in with the same method you used to buy. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the start of your experience: contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, see our T&Cs.

At Den Sorte Diamant, Søren Kierkegaards Plads 1, DK-1221 København K.
How do I get to the venue?
The venue can be reached on foot, by car and by public transport. Søren Kierkegaards Plads, where the entrance is, has a taxi rank, a bus stop, a harbour bus stop, and disabled and bike parking. By metro, the closest station is Gammel Strand.
Is there parking available?
The Royal Danish Library (Den Sorte Diamant) has no car park of its own. You can use the public car parks nearby, including BLOX parking: a QR code for a 20% discount at BLOX is handed out on arrival. For parking rates and zones, see the City of Copenhagen website.
Is food or drink served?
No food or drinks will be served.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash, when the musicians say so.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

Doors open 45 minutes before the concert, so you can arrive from then and be seated within the zone you bought. The concert starts on time and everyone must be seated beforehand. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, late comers will not be let in.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to seat you together.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another Fever account at no extra cost: just tap "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. For more help, contact us with your ticket ID.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of everyone attending, all the candles are flameless.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
