What are the different types of tickets available?
Three types of ticket are available: Premium Zone, Zone A and Zone B.
Can I buy tickets on site?
Tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person who assists me?
Guests who require assistance during the experience are entitled to 1 free pass for their companion or carer. Once you've bought your ticket (you must have a valid ticket before applying), contact us with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements to attend the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts. If so, contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, you can check our Terms and Conditions.
What is the Flexible Refund Ticket (available for selected events)?
The Flexible Refund Ticket lets you request a full refund if you decide not to attend the experience.
When can I return the Flexible Refund Ticket?
With the Flexible Refund Ticket, you can get a full refund by contacting us at least 48 hours before the experience starts. The ticket is not refundable if it has been transferred to another user.

A 5-minute walk from Como Lago railway station and a 15-minute walk from Como San Giovanni railway station. By car, the Autosilo Valduce car park is a 4-minute walk away.

No, food cannot be purchased.

Animals are not allowed, with the exception of assistance animals.

Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you all arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: tap "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (downloadable from the App Store or Google Play), by logging in with the same method you used when purchasing. You'll also find your QR code in the purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I enter once the concert has started?
No, latecomers will not be admitted. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
