Do I need to print out my ticket?
No. You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same login you used for the purchase). The QR code is also in the confirmation email.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
Changing the date and/or time is allowed up to 48 hours before the start, subject to availability. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, for free. Forward the PDF you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any doubts, contact us with your order number.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (log in with the same login you used for the purchase). The QR code is also in the confirmation email.
When should I arrive?
Doors open 30 minutes before the start: please arrive at least 30 minutes early. Late entry is not allowed under any circumstances.
Is the venue accessible?

Yes, 12 years and older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I take photos or record the performance?
Feel free to take photos and share them, as long as they don't disturb other guests. Professional equipment and tripods are not allowed.

No, there is no specific dress code — just be mindful of the mirrored floors in some rooms.

No, there will be no merchandise for sale.
How does voting work?
Scan the QR code displayed at the venue with your smartphone: it will take you directly to the voting page. Most cameras scan QR codes automatically; alternatively, you can use Google Lens or a third-party QR app. Our on-site staff is available to help you.
Will there be strobe lights?
No, this event does not use strobe effects.
Will there be chairs?
Yes, there are seats for every guest.

On the Fever app (Google Play and Apple Store) and on feverup.com.
Can I buy a ticket on site on the day of the event?
No. Tickets can only be bought on the Fever app or the Fever website.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their carer. Show a document certifying the need for assistance on arrival — your carer will enter for free.
Do you offer press passes?
Yes. To request one, send an email to press@feverup.com.
