Yes! Mocktails (alcohol-free cocktails) are available. Menus to scan will be available during the experience so you can check allergens and dietary restrictions; please let our staff know when you arrive so they can assist you accordingly.

Are the seats numbered?
No, seats are not numbered. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Do I need to print my ticket?
There's no need to print anything; just show your Fever tickets in the app or by email when you arrive at the venue.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are not permitted. Date and/or time changes are allowed up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and are subject to availability. Please contact us directly to change your ticket.

Can I make a group booking?
Yes, you can select a group ticket on the event page when booking. For private sessions or large groups, please see the group bookings link on this page.
Can I buy a ticket at the venue?
Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be bought through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. It's as simple as clicking "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us for further assistance, and make sure to include your ticket order number.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can find your QR code ticket in the Fever app, in the Tickets section. If you haven't downloaded the app yet, you can get it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used for your purchase. If you still can't find it, contact us.
How can I book a ticket for my companion?
Companions are welcome at the event with free entry upon presentation of appropriate documentation at the entrance. Here are some of the documents we accept: disability certificate stating the need for assistance or a companion; receipt of attendance allowance (indennità di accompagnamento) or similar; certificate of severe or total blindness; European Disability Card. Please note that the guest requiring assistance must hold a valid ticket.
