What ticket types are available?
Three zones are available: Premium Zone, Zone A and Zone B.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought through the Fever app or website (www.feverup.com) before arriving at the event.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the experience are entitled to a free pass for their companion or carer. Once you've purchased your own ticket (you must have a valid one before applying), contact us with the necessary documentation.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under-16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, it's possible to change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the experience starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Where does the experience take place?
At the Sala Bianca at Teatro Sociale, Via Vincenzo Bellini, 1, 22100 Como (CO).
How do I get to the venue?
On foot: 5 minutes from Como Lago railway station and 15 minutes from Como San Giovanni railway station. By car: the Autosilo Valduce car park is a 4 minute walk away.
Is it possible to buy food?
No, food cannot be purchased at the venue.
Are animals allowed?
Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
Does the venue have access for people with disabilities?
Yes. Please let the venue or customer service know before your visit.
Is there on-site parking?
No. The nearest car park is Autosilo Valduce, a 4 minute walk away.
Can I sit next to my friends?
Yes, if you all arrive together and have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost: tap "Transfer tickets" on the ticket in the Fever app. For further assistance, contact us with your ticket ID.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the App Store and Google Play), logging in with the same method used to purchase. You can also find the QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
Are the candles flammable?
No. For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I enter after the concert has started?
No, latecomers are not permitted. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
