What ticket types are available?
Premium Zone, Zone A, Zone B.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No, tickets cannot be purchased on site. All tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app (available on Google Play or the App Store) or the website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge. Simply send the PDF with the barcode you received by email to the person who will use the ticket. If you have any questions, please contact us quoting your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, you can change the date and/or time up to 48 hours before the event starts; please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not available under any circumstances — see our Terms & Conditions for more information.
Do I need a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Please contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant, and we'll provide a code to claim the free ticket. You'll need to show this document along with your tickets to enter the event.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, logged in with the same profile used to purchase it. You'll also receive a PDF with a barcode in your confirmation email.
Where does the experience take place, and how do I get there?
The event takes place in the Sala Bianca of Teatro Sociale, Via Vincenzo Bellini 1, 22100 Como. It's a 5-minute walk from Como Lago station, a 15-minute walk from Como San Giovanni station, or by car (the Autosilo Valduce car park is a 4-minute walk away).
What time should I arrive?
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the concert starts: seats are assigned based on the zone purchased and arrival time. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Is there an age requirement to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles a fire hazard?
No, for guests' safety all candles used during the show are flameless.
Can I take photos or record video during the show?
Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by our musicians.
What are the rules during the show?
Phones must be kept on silent throughout the performance, and out of respect for the musicians and audience, you won't be able to leave the hall except in an emergency.
Can I buy food there?
No, food cannot be purchased on site.
Can I bring animals?
Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. Please let the venue or our customer service team know in advance so we can help plan your visit.
Is parking available?
There's no on-site parking, but the Autosilo Valduce paid car park is nearby, about a 4-minute walk away.
How long does the show last?
About 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the concert starts; latecomers will not be admitted.
Is it indoors or outdoors?
Indoor, with assigned seating.
