You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play). Sign in using the same method you used to purchase. Your QR code is also included in your purchase confirmation email. There's no need to print anything, just show your ticket from your phone.

Can I change my ticket?

For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. To request a change, please contact us quoting your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Just tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. Please include your ticket order number.

How long does the experience last?

The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the start.

Does the experience take place indoors or outdoors?

Indoors, with assigned seating.

Is parking available?

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Are there tickets for carers?

Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us with the relevant supporting documentation. Both the regular ticket and the carer's ticket must be shown at entry.

Your phone must be on silent throughout the performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, without flash.

Seating is divided into zones A, B, C and D depending on view quality. Seats are assigned at the entrance by our staff on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the ticket type purchased.

Can I buy tickets at the box office?

Tickets are not available on site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.

Where does the experience take place and how do I get there?

The experience takes place at Burg Stettenfels (Burg Stettenfels 4, 74199 Untergruppenbach, Germany). From Heilbronn city centre, it's about a 20 to 30 minute drive depending on traffic. Alternatively, take a bus towards Untergruppenbach and walk the last few minutes to the castle.

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.

Are the candles flammable?

No, for everyone's safety all candles are flameless.
