Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the “Tickets” section of the Fever app (download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please log in using the same method you used to make the purchase. Your QR code is also in your confirmation email. Nothing needs to be printed, just show your ticket from your phone.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance, subject to availability. Contact us with your ticket ID to make a change. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to someone else for free. Simply tap “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app and provide your order number. Contact us if you need further help.
What are the different ticket types?
The experience is divided into Zones A, B, C and D, based on view quality. Seats are assigned by our staff at the entrance, in order of arrival and according to the type of ticket purchased.
How long does the experience last, and when should I arrive?
The experience lasts approximately 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to be assigned a seat in your purchased zone. The concert starts on time; if you arrive late, out of respect for the musicians and the audience, entry will not be possible.
Is there an age requirement for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are there tickets for companions/carers?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for a free ticket for their personal carer. Please contact us in advance with supporting documentation. Once we receive it, we'll provide you with a voucher to purchase the carer ticket in the Fever app. You'll need to show your regular ticket together with the carer ticket at entry.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets are not available on-site; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or website.

How do I get to the venue?
From Heilbronn city centre, Burg Stettenfels is about a 20–30 minute drive, depending on traffic. Alternatively, take a bus towards Untergruppenbach; from there it's just a short walk to the castle.

Is it an indoor or outdoor experience?
This is an indoor experience with assigned seating.
Is the venue accessible for people with reduced mobility?
No, this venue is not wheelchair accessible.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be on silent for the entire performance. According to our musicians, photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece, without flash.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should weather conditions affect your experience in any way (e.g. a venue change or postponement), we will of course notify you by email in advance.
