What are the different ticket types?
The following ticket types are available: Zone A, Zone A (Galerie Mitte), Zone B, Zone B (Galerie Mitte), Zone C, Zone C (Galerie Seitlich), Category: D, Zone D (Galerie Mitte), Zone E, Zone F (Galerie Seitlich), Rollstuhlplatz (Zone C). Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis within each zone.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
Tickets cannot be purchased at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or the website (www.feverup.com) before attending the event.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance throughout the experience can request a free ticket for their carer. Once you have purchased your ticket (it is important that you have a valid ticket before requesting the free ticket), please contact us for more information.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to another person free of charge. Simply click on “Transfer tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. Please contact us if you need further help. Don't forget to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets are validated directly in the Fever app.
Where can I find my ticket?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app in the “Tickets” section. If you don't already have the app installed, you can easily download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in with the same account you used to purchase your ticket. If you still can't find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change my ticket?
Subject to availability, date and/or time changes are possible up to 48 hours before the start of the experience. In that case, please contact us with your ticket ID. Refunds are not possible under any circumstances. You can find more information in our T&Cs.
Is it suitable for children?
Yes, this show is for ages 5+. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
