What different ticket types are there?
The hall is divided into zones A, B, C and D, based on view quality. Seats are assigned to you at the entrance with the help of our staff. Allocation is on a first come, first served basis and depends on the type of ticket purchased.
Can I sit with my friends?
Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we'll do our best to seat you accordingly.
Is there an age restriction for the event?
All guests must be at least 8 years old to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of all guests, all candles are flameless.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts to get a seat in your booked zone. The concert starts on time, and the audience must be seated beforehand. Anyone arriving late will not be admitted, out of respect for the musicians and the audience.
Can I use my phone during the performance?
Your phone must be switched to silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos may only be taken during the final piece and without flash.
Can I leave the hall during the performance?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, we ask you to leave your seat only in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets at the box office?
Tickets are not available at the venue; they can only be purchased through the Fever app or the Fever website.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer tickets to someone else free of charge. Simply tap "Transfer tickets" on your ticket in the Fever app. If you need further help, contact us and include your ticket order number.
Can I change my ticket?
For this experience, date changes are possible up to 48 hours in advance. If you'd like to make a change, please contact us quoting the ticket ID of your purchase. Alternatively, you'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app, where, if enabled, the "Change date and/or time" button will appear. A refund is not possible under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and Conditions.
Are there tickets for carers?
Guests who need assistance during this experience can request a free ticket for their carer. To do so, contact us with proof of your need for assistance. Once we've received the proof, you'll receive a voucher that you can use to get the free carer's ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). At entry, you must show the regular ticket together with the carer's ticket.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on the Apple App Store or Google Play). Log in using the same method you used to purchase. You'll also find your QR code in your confirmation email. You don't need to print anything: simply show your Fever ticket on your smartphone at the venue.
What happens if weather conditions don't allow the event to go ahead?
Should the weather affect your experience in any way (change of venue or postponement), we will of course notify you in advance by email.
Where does the experience take place?
The concert takes place at Stettenfels Castle: Burg Stettenfels 4, 74199 Untergruppenbach.
How do I get to the venue?
From Heilbronn city centre, you can reach Stettenfels Castle by car in about 20 to 30 minutes, depending on traffic. Alternatively, take the bus towards Untergruppenbach (e.g. the line to Untergruppenbach Ortsmitte). From there, it's just a few minutes' walk to the castle.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed at this venue, but service animals are welcome.
Is there an interval?
No, the concert lasts 60 minutes and no interval is planned.
Is the venue accessible?
No, the venue is not accessible.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
