How does seating assignment and zoning work?
Tickets are divided into sections with rates that change based on location and visibility. Once you're at Convento de San Bernardo, our team will assign you a seat on a first-come, first-served basis within the category you booked.
Can we sit together if we're a group?
Of course, it's totally possible to sit together. To do this, you need to arrive at the same time and have tickets in the same category. We recommend coming at least half an hour before the show to make it easier for the team to assign your seats.
Can tickets be bought at the Convento de San Bernardo box office?
No! Tickets are not sold directly at the door or the Convento de San Bernardo box office. If you want to attend, you'll have to buy your passes exclusively through Fever (on our official website or app).
What time should I arrive? Is there a late entry policy?
The best is to arrive 30 minutes early so you can get comfortable before the concert. Doors close 5 minutes before the show begins, and late entry is not permitted once it starts, ensuring maximum respect for all.
Will there be food and drink service at Convento de San Bernardo?
Unfortunately, there will be no food or drink available for sale at this event.
What temperature should I expect at the concert? What clothes should I wear?
Since we often choose historic and monumental venues for the event, the temperature sometimes depends on the outside weather. We recommend dressing appropriately for the time of year to ensure a comfortable and pleasant evening.
Is there a dress code for Candlelight concerts?
You can dress casually and informally, as there is no strict dress code. The important thing is that you feel comfortable while listening to the music.
How long does the experience last?
The Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons in Alcalá de Henares lasts around 60 minutes. Doors open 45 minutes before, so you can arrive and settle in comfortably.
Can I leave the venue during the performance?
To maintain the utmost respect for the audience and musicians, leaving your seat will only be allowed if there is a real urgency.
Are real candles used in Candlelight concerts? Are they flammable?
For your total peace of mind, we only use LED candles at our concerts. They achieve that characteristic flicker of a real flame but without actual flames, eliminating risks and without emitting heat.
Is taking photos or recording videos allowed? Can I use my phone during the performance?
We ask that you keep your phone muted during the performance. You can take photos and videos without flash only in the final song when the artists themselves give you the nod.
Where can I find my tickets for Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons in Alcalá de Henares?
Go to the Fever app (available on Apple App Store or Google Play) and head straight to the "Tickets" section to see them. Just make sure you're logged in with the same user you paid with. You'll also have your QR code in the purchase confirmation email. They're digital, so no printing is needed!
Can I transfer or send my tickets to another person?
Of course! Passing your tickets to someone else is totally free. Just open the Fever app, find your tickets, and tap "Transfer tickets." If you have any questions or need a hand, contact us with the booking details and don't forget to include your ticket number.
Can tickets for Candlelight: Vivaldi's Four Seasons be gifted?
Absolutely! To gift the Candlelight experience, you can buy a Gift Card valid for any Candlelight concert in your country, allowing the recipient to choose their preferred date and concert. Alternatively, if you've already purchased a ticket for a specific date, you can use the "Transfer Tickets" option in the app to send it as a gift.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
You can change the date of your ticket up to 24 hours before the event from the "Tickets" section of the Fever app. If the option is available, the "Change date/time" button will appear, and you can follow the instructions. If the option doesn't appear, contact us with your ticket ID, which can be found in the confirmation email or the Fever app. Note that refunds are not accepted, although some events offer a flexible cancellation add-on with an alternative policy. What is "Candlelight Photo"?
With this exclusive add-on, you'll enjoy a personalized photo session in a specially decorated area of Convento de San Bernardo and receive an instant Polaroid-style capture as a keepsake.
Can I buy "Candlelight Photo" photos at Convento de San Bernardo?
As long as there's availability, you can book your Convento de San Bernardo experience on the day of the concert using a card. Keep in mind that we only accept card payments and that online bookings have priority over sales at the venue.
When should I arrive to have my photo taken?
Make sure to arrive about 30 minutes early for your photo session. Remember that it is organized before the event and will end 10 minutes before the show starts.
When will I receive the photo?
Pick your favorite image before it's printed. You'll be able to collect the physical photo as soon as the show ends. Please don't leave without it, as it won't be kept for later.
Where do I have to go to have my photo taken?
When you arrive at Convento de San Bernardo, our staff will show you where the photo area is set up. Feel free to ask any member of our team if you have any questions.
What does the "Pack of 3 candles" include? Are they real?
This set includes 3 LED candles that perfectly imitate the movement and warmth of a traditional candle. Being fully electric, they are ideal and safe for enhancing any space in your home.
What is the "Pack of 3 candles" pickup and return policy?
Your purchases made through Fever are delivered at the venue. Remember that the "Pack of 3 candles" does not have a refund or exchange policy because all purchases for this event are final.
Are pets or animals allowed in Convento de San Bernardo? What about service animals?
Remember that pets are not allowed in this concert. The only exception is guide dogs or assistance dogs, which are allowed.
Do you offer free tickets for caregivers or assistants of people with disabilities?
Of course, we want you to enjoy the concert comfortably, so your personal assistant gets in for free. Just contact us with the proper accreditation, and our team will handle the rest.
Is Convento de San Bernardo accessible for people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Yes, the event takes place in an accessible venue with entrances adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
Is there parking available at Convento de San Bernardo?
