Work out gently and deeply with our magic trio: yoga, pilates, barre!
For 50 minutes immersed in darkness, alternate between the basic movements of your favourite flow and our signature muscle-strengthening sequences (Pulse&Poses®)
Yoga: 50 minutes to explore the essentials of dynamic yoga poses, movements and transitions.
Pilates: An immersive, hybrid flow based on the physical focus of the Pilates method and cardio.
Barre: This workout redefines muscle-strengthening techniques inspired by the Barre method.
POSES Studio promises to rethink these practices to make them inclusive, simple and dynamic, starting with the very first session.
