What ticket types are available?
There are three zones available: Zona Premium, Zona A and Zona B.
When should I arrive?
Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert begins: seats are assigned according to the zone purchased and your arrival time. The concert starts on time and the audience must already be seated. Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, latecomers will not be admitted.
Can I sit near my friends?
Yes, you'll be able to sit with your friends if you've bought tickets for the same zone and arrive at the event together. We recommend arriving early: we'll do our best to accommodate you.
What are the age requirements to attend?
All guests must be at least 8 years old. Under 16s must be accompanied by an adult.
Are the candles flammable?
For the safety of attendees, all candles are flameless.
Can I take photos or videos during the concert?
Photos and videos are only allowed during the final piece and without flash, as indicated by the musicians.
Can I use my phone during the concert?
Phones must stay on silent mode throughout the concert.
Can I leave the room during the concert?
Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you cannot leave your seat except in an emergency.
Can I buy tickets on site?
No. Tickets cannot be purchased on site: they must be bought through the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store) or the website before arriving at the event.
Can I transfer my tickets to someone else?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone free of charge: simply send the person who will be using them the PDF with the barcode you received by email. If you have any questions, contact us with your ticket ID.
Can I change my ticket?
Depending on availability, you can change the date and/or time of your ticket up to 48 hours before the event starts: contact us with your ticket ID. No refunds are available under any circumstances. For more information, see our Terms and conditions.
Do I need to buy a ticket for the person assisting me?
Guests who need assistance during the event are entitled to a free ticket for their companion. Contact us with a document certifying the need for an assistant and we'll send you a code to purchase the free ticket. Remember to show the document, along with the tickets, at the entrance.
Where can I find my ticket?
You'll find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (available on Google Play and the App Store), by logging in with the same profile used for the purchase. You'll also find a PDF with the barcode to access the event in the confirmation email.

On foot: 5 minutes from Como Lago train station and 15 minutes from Como San Giovanni station. By car: the Autosilo Valduce car park is a 4 minute walk away.

Animals are not allowed, except for assistance animals.
