*Risotto with cream and cubes of roasted pumpkin, cooked chestnuts, parmesan shavings.
*Bømlo salmon steak, pumpkin purée, butter chard, Espelette pepper cream stock.
*Veal chop 300g low temperature then grilled, roasted beans with thyme, meat jus with porcini mushrooms.
*Genuine eggplant parmigiana, San Marzano tomato sauce with basil, mozzarella di bufala.
