*Gravlax de saumon Bømlo, salade de fenouil et carrotte aux baies roses
Bømlo salmon gravlax, fennel and carrot salad with pink peppercorns, mango gel
*Parmigiana d’aubergines, mozzarella di bufala, scamorza fumée, sauce tomate San Marzano au basilic
Eggplant parmigiana, buffalo mozzarella, smoked scamorza, San Marzano tomato sauce with basil and parmesan fondue
