Available for selected events, a flexible cancellation ticket lets you request a refund or exchange if you can no longer attend. You can cancel it by contacting us up to 48 hours before the experience starts (note: it becomes non-refundable once transferred to another user), and no documentation is needed to claim your refund or exchange. Refunds go back to the original card or PayPal account used for the purchase (allow 10+ days to appear on your statement), or, for voucher purchases, as a new voucher in the app's "Vouchers" section. You'll be refunded the full ticket price except for the 10% flexible-ticket fee. If you choose an exchange instead, you'll receive a voucher for the same value to rebook a new date/time for the same experience. To start a refund or exchange, contact us directly.

The experience lasts 60 minutes. Doors open 30 minutes before the show, and no entry is permitted once it has started.

Any Candle 3-Pack bought online must be picked up at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. Because it's tied to the specific date and location of your Candlelight event, all Candle 3-Pack add-ons are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased — all sales are final.
