Aperitif:

• Seed cracker with strawberries and curry.

To continue:

• Artichoke tiradito (confit artichokes, yellow chili and almond emulsion, served with cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocado and paprika oil)
• Holy Carrots (a mix of roasted carrots and purple sweet potatoes, demi-glace sauce, candied walnuts, green oil, fresh mint and dill leaves)
• Omakase Sushi (selection of the finest sushi)
• Pink tortelloni (beetroot pasta filled with almond ricotta and peas. Grilled green beans and baby broccoli, freeze-dried raspberries and pistachios)
• Funghi e tartufo risotto (porcini, chanterelles and black truffle)

Dessert:

• Coconut dulce de leche cheesecake (almond and date biscuit, cashew cheese and coconut dulce de leche)
