- Artichokes with sesame oil and madon salt
- Quesadillas with chicken, mushroom and tomato with the three cheeses
- Scrambled eggs with potatoes and Iberian pork mince
One main course per person, to choose between:
- Grilled Cod with Tomato Confit and Vegetables Upside Down
- Tuna poke with mango and black rice
- Sirloin carpaccio with old-fashioned mustard and parmesan slices
