Appetizer:

• Ceviche nikkei (mango, coconut tiger milk, cucumber, red onion, tapioca crunch, corn and capers)
• Artichoke Tiradito (artichoke confit, yellow bell pepper and almond emulsion, accompanied by cherry tomatoes, sweet potatoes, avocado and paprika oil)
