Description
Mudrá, recommended in the Michelin guide, brings us a concept that is revolutionizing traditional gastronomy. Awaken your senses through dishes developed by an innovation team for a plating in which the flavours, textures, colours and concepts we are used to are transformed into a disruptive proposal. It is based on the use of vegetables, fruits, cereals, legumes, nuts, mushrooms, seeds, superfoods and flowers as the base for each of its dishes. The Mudrá concept is completed with a simple and minimalist interior design, very delicate, in pastel tones, mainly pink. Will you come and see it? Enjoy your gourmet tasting menu at Mudrá Restaurant, Madrid!
