The Bubble Brunch debuts its Outsider Edition Vol. 8 with a new menu that breaks away from the usual. Some of the menu is served directly to the table, other items appear as a surprise during their particular "auction dining" , with the waiters walking through the room offering different bites, and you always have a main course to choose from.
The Eggs Benedict remain a must. And so does the music. A live DJ keeps the morning moving with the spirit of a jukebox: request your favourite songs while you enjoy the food, bubbles and a good cocktail.
A different brunch, informal and fun, designed to turn that long, late breakfast into one of the best plans for the weekend in Madrid.
Because being a little of an outsider also means forgetting about the clock.
