Like Freddie Mercury's legendary parties remembered to posterity, so promises to be the brunch at Barbara Ann Sol. Its proposal is to make every Saturday afternoon fun and full of surprises, and is also directed by a cast of artists who will review the history of music, from the Beatles to Rosalía. The gastronomic proposal led by chef Pepe Roch offers a menu with which it is possible to travel to Japan, and enjoy the prawn gyozas with ponzu sauce or go through Mexico with the cochinita pibil tacos with guacamango and chipotle.
