To do so, please contact us and provide the ticket ID associated with your purchase (the unique code you received when buying your ticket, shown in the confirmation email or in the Fever app). You can cancel your Flexible Cancellation ticket if you request it up to 48 hours before the experience starts. Just get in touch with us. Please note that the ticket will not be refundable if it is transferred to another user.

No, you do not need to print your ticket. It will be validated through the Fever app when you arrive at the venue.

Zone A, Zone B and Zone C. Seating is assigned on a first come, first served basis within each zone.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving early; we will do our best to seat you together.

This experience is for guests aged 18 and over. Valid ID may be requested.

No. Tickets are only available on the Fever app or the Fever website.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the experience starts and will close 5 minutes before it begins. Latecomers will not be admitted, out of respect for the artists and the rest of the audience.

Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact us with proof of needing a carer ticket. Once we receive this, we will provide you with a voucher that you can use to purchase your free carer ticket in the Fever app (subject to availability). Please keep in mind that you will have to show the regular ticket together with the carer ticket when entering the venue.

You will be able to purchase food and beverages at this event.

Out of respect for the artists and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in an emergency.

No, your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the curtain call and without flash.
