What are the different ticket types?
The ticket types on sale are Premium (front row), Zone A (excellent visibility), Zone B (good visibility), Balcony and Wheelchair.
Can I buy tickets at the venue?
No. Tickets must be bought in advance through the Fever app or website.
Can I book a ticket for my carer?
Guests who need assistance during the experience can apply for one free ticket for a carer. You must already hold a valid ticket; contact Fever for details.
Is there an age requirement?
Guests must be 8 or older. Anyone under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Where can I find my ticket?
In the “Tickets” section of the Fever app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Log in with the same method you used to buy your ticket. Your QR code is also in your purchase confirmation email.
Can I change my ticket?
You can change the date or time of your ticket, subject to availability, up to 48 hours before the start time. Contact Fever with your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances.
Where is the experience taking place?
At the Hugo Lambrechts Auditorium of the Hugo Lambrechts Music Centre, 20 Picton St, Parow, Cape Town, 7500, South Africa.
Is food served?
No food is served, but there is a coffee bar and an equipped kitchen.
Can I bring animals?
No, animals are not allowed, except for service animals.
Does the venue have disability access?
Yes. The venue is accessible and has designated wheelchair seats on the ground floor. For personalised assistance, email hello@feverup.com.
Is there parking?
Yes. Indoor parking is available for up to 120 vehicles, and outdoor parking is also available.
When do doors open? Can I arrive late?
Doors open 45 minutes before the show and close 5 minutes before it starts. Late arrivals will not be permitted.
Are the candles real? Are they flammable?
For everyone's safety, the candles are LED: they recreate the glow of a flame without real fire, so they don't burn and pose no risk.
Can I take photos or record videos? Can I use my phone during the performance?
Please keep your phone on silent throughout the performance. Photos and videos are only allowed when the musicians say so, and always without flash.
Is there a dress code? What should I wear?
There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
How are seats assigned? Can we sit together?
Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.
