This experience takes place in the Heritage Theater at 49th State Brewing.

The Heritage Theater can be accessed through the brewery.

There will not be food available in the venue; however, there will be a cash bar. The theater is attached to 49th State Brewing, a full-service restaurant, so we recommend grabbing food before or after the show at the brewery.

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

The venue is ADA compliant.

There is no parking available onsite. There is limited street parking directly at the venue; however, there are surface lots and garages nearby. We recommend using rideshare services if possible.

Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, and always without flash, as indicated by our musicians.

Your phone must be on silent mode during the entire performance. Photos and videos can only be taken during the final piece, as indicated by our musicians.

Out of respect for the musicians and the audience, you will not be able to leave your seat except in the case of an emergency.

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the concert starts so you can be assigned a seat within your purchased zone. The concert will begin on time and the audience must already be seated beforehand; if you arrive late, you will not be allowed to enter, out of respect for the musicians' performance and the rest of the audience.

If weather conditions affect your experience in any way (change of location or postponement), we will notify you by email in advance.

Yes, you can sit with your friends if you arrive together and all have tickets for the same zone. We recommend arriving in good time, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Seats are not numbered: they are assigned on arrival, first come first served, within the zone you purchased. To sit together, your whole group needs to arrive at the same time with tickets for the same zone.

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to any other Fever account at no extra cost. Just click “Transfer Tickets” on your ticket in the Fever app. For additional help, please contact us, indicating your ticket ID.

Please note that, for the security of attendees, all candles will be flameless.

The Candlelight Photo add-on gives you a photo taken in a dedicated area set up for the event, with a printed polaroid-style picture as a souvenir (one instant picture per purchase). Your photo is taken before the concert, and the photo session ends 10 minutes before it starts, so arrive at least 30 minutes early. You'll get a QR code by email, separate from your ticket confirmation, to show at the photo area; you can choose your photo before it's printed and collect it at the exit after the show. Please collect your picture before leaving, as it can't be kept for you afterwards, and no refund or reschedule is possible if you miss it. Subject to availability, it can also be purchased at the venue, with online purchases given priority and on-site purchases by card only.

Candle 3-Packs purchased online must be collected at the designated location at the venue on the day of your event. As the Candle 3-Pack is tied to a specific date and location, all Candle 3-Pack items purchased online and picked up onsite are non-refundable, non-returnable and final.

There is no dress code. We recommend dressing comfortably, in clothes suited to the season.
